What is ACS course?

Associate Company Secretary is abbreviated as ACS, and Fellow Company Secretary is abbreviated as FCS. ACS Course Syllabus

 

Once you've passed 12th, you can perform the CS whenever you want. After 12th grade, you must take a CS foundation course, which is exempt if taken after graduation.https://www.araeducation.in/cseet-coaching


There are three examinations in CS:


1) Foundation Course: Graduates with a 12th pass exemption are eligible (any field)


2) Executive Course: people who have completed their studies and have a solid foundation are qualified for this course.


3) Professional course: only those who pass the executive exam are eligible.


Improve your English because the majority of the papers are law papers that need an excellent command of the language, which you can do!!

Company Secretary Course duration is 8 months for CS Foundation, 9 months for CS executive and 15 months for CS Professional. The CS Foundation exam has been replaced by the CSEET exam. Students pursuing Company Secretary course after 12th need not to appear for CSEET exam to get admission.

Is CS a easy course?

ICSI CS New syllabus 2023 | CS Executive | CSEET| CS Professional Every five years, the Institute updates the Company Secretary Course syllabus to reflect changes in the financial, economic, social, technological, legal, and regulatory arenas as well as the expectations of its stakeholders. The Council adopted the current syllabus (Syllabus 2017) for the CS Executive and Professional Programs at its 251st Meeting on February 7, 2018, and it took effect on March 1 and September 1 of the same year, respectively. It is proposed that the new, revised syllabus (Syllabus 2023) go into force on February 1, 2023 for the CS Executive Program, and August 1, 2023 for the CS Professional Program. STEPS TO REGISTER FOR CS EXECUTIVE 2023 On January 31, 2023, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will close registration for the CS Executive June 2023 session (single module). Candidates could register for the June 2023 session (both modules) up to November 30, 2022, according the ICSI timeline. Candidates can register for both the modules of the CS Executive December 2023 session until May 31, 2023. Although ICSI maintains the CS executive registration procedure available all year round, candidates must, however, remember the deadlines for registering.
